I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught.
Winston Churchill
Under this credo, we have been successfully providing training for many years. Knowledge sharing at eye level is essential, otherwise training of the best experts will be a failure.
Data security
Every week we read in the news about new, successful cyber attacks on businesses. The attacks are usually executed via fake emails. If an employee opens the contaminated attachments or enters credentials on a fake website, the company network is open to attackers. Therefore, your employees need to know how to detect such threats before it’s too late.
It is not enough to know that attackers at the moment send fake application documents. Once this information is publicly known, attackers switch to a new method. In addition, more and more cybercriminals are using artificial intelligence. In that case, your business receives customized, fake messages. In the text, the sender refers to a real business transaction, an offer actually made or quotes from a previous messages. You are only able recognize such messages if you have been trained to do so.
In our training, we’ll show you and your staff how to spot threats regardless of the chosen attack method. We’ll explain which file formats are especially dangerous and tell you what to do when such a message ends up in your mailbox.

Data protection
Beside data security, the subject data protection is also omnipresent. Since the introduction of the GDPR on 25 May 2018, the understanding of data protection in the European Union has changed. For data storage, you not only need a legal basis, but must be able to specify a retention period and justify it to the data protection authority. You must also document all these procedures in writing (record of processing activities).
As soon as you immerses into the General Data Protection Regulation, you find out that the requirements are complex and comprehensive. It is not sufficient if the management only deals with this topic. Privacy is a company-wide process. If you want to avoid heavy fines, you need to sensitize and train your employees.
