With easyGDPR lite, the required data protection risk analysis can be created automatically. The online tool will request the necessary information from you and you will be provided with the appropriate options. A complete risk analysis is then generated.

With easyGDPR lite, you can create the mandatory DSGVO data protection documentation quickly and efficiently. Thanks to many templates (e.g. for e-mail correspondence, merchandise management system, etc.), documenting is child’s play. No prior legal knowledge is necessary. The structured design also prevents areas from being forgotten. From the information entered, easyGDPR lite automatically generates a PDF document that can be printed out and attached to your GDPR documentation. If individual processes are changed, you can quickly adjust or remove this without having to redo the entire documentation.

As soon as personal data is passed on to other companies (e.g. tax advisor, parcel service, IT service provider), this company is a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. You must specify what data will be shared and why it is needed by the service provider. With easyGDPR you can have this directory created quickly.

Many templates are included in easyGDPR lite so that documentation can be created even faster. Templates are available for specific industries (e.g. driving schools) as well as for general data collection processes (e.g. e-mail requests, newsletters, invoicing, etc.).

The firewall analyzes all incoming email messages and scans them for spam or dangerous attachments. Only non-hazardous messages are delivered to recipients. Optionally, a weekly report of rejected messages can be sent to recipients (fully automated).

All web surfing traffic is controlled by the XG firewall. This way you can block certain websites or whole categories (e.g. Facebook or all pornographic sites) with a mouse click. Attacks from hackers are automatically detected and blocked. You will be informed about attack attempts upon request. Thanks to Deep Learning, the firewall also detects previously unknown attack patterns.

You will receive the latest virus signatures several times a day. This allows the firewall to detect viruses and Trojans immediately. But you are also equipped against previously unknown attacks. The Deep Learning technology uses neural networks, thus new Trojans and viruses, as well as hacker attacks are also detected. New attack insights are shared between all next-gen firewalls via the Sophos Cloud, so you benefit from Sophos’s global presence.

Sophos Endpoint Protection provides the maximum protection against computer viruses and Trojans. The software detects threats immediately and prevents the computer from getting infected. No matter if malicious programs try to access the computer via the network or via a data carrier (e.g. USB stick, ext. hard disk). Thanks to constant updates, even the new threats are detected immediately. The special feature of Sophos Endpoint Protection: all computers and servers communicate with each other and with the firewall, as soon as one device is attacked, all other network nodes are informed. If attackers are able to infect a single device, it is automatically isolated from the rest of the network, preventing the spread of viruses or Trojans.

With Intercept X, every computer and every server is protected against so-called ransomware. These malware programs encrypt your personal documents and then demand ransom from your company.
