76. Confidentiality
The discussions of the Board shall be confidential where the Board deems it necessary, as provided for in its rules of procedure.
Access to documents submitted to members of the Board, experts and representative‘representative’ means a natural or legal person established in the Union who, designated by the controller or processor in writing pursuant to Article 27, represents the controller or processor with regard to their respective obligations under this Regulation GDPR Article 4 Paragraph 17s of third parties shall be governed by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council (21).
