Advertising according to COVID-19 Contact form
To track possible coronavirus infections, the British company Tested.me Ltd implemented digital contact tracing via QR code. However, as investigations by the ICO revealed, the company used the collected contact data for advertising purposes and sent 84,000 emails to data subjects between September and Novemeber 2020.
