Penalty for Facebook posts
A Czech employer was ordered to pay a fine of 10,000 crowns after a former employee complained to the data protection authority. The reason for the complaint was that the company had published photo postings with the first and last names of the person concerned and did not remove them when the former employee asked for them several times.
The company has thus disregarded the right to erasure or restriction.
