Refusal to delete data
A Covid-19 test center was fined by the Hamburg data protection commissioner after it consistently denied data subjects the right to have their personal data deleted. Even after the intervention of the HmbBfDI and an initiated administrative procedure, the test center did not change its behavior. Requests and requests were simply ignored.
