A fine of EUR 226,403 has been imposed on Reliance Advisory Limited for providing 15.1 million advertising calls to claims management and legal debt insurance services over a period of 6 months. Some of the affected persons were contacted several times a day. Proof of consent of the data subjects could not be provided.

Reliance Advisory Limited (RAL) has hereby opposed Art. 21A PECR.
