Penalty against the Commission of Inquiry against Child Abuse
The Independent Commission of Inquiry against Child Abuse sent an email to 70 victims of abuse, and one recipient could not see the other addressees because the BCC (blind copy) field was used. An error had crept into this message, but in the corrected e-mail the recipients were entered in the “To” field, which meant that each recipient could see all the other addressees.
