A Belgian mayor got sentenced to yet another GDPR fine. Like the first time, lists of persons were illegally accessed to send them election advertisements. This time, 476 citizens were sent illegal advertising as a result.

The authority also imposed a € 5,000 fine on a city councillor who was also involved in the offense.
