Punishment against the commission of inquiry against child abuse
The Independent Child Abuse Commission sent an e-mail to 70 victims of abuse, and one recipient was unable to see the other addressees because the BCC (Blind Copy) field was used. An error had crept into this message, but in the corrected e-mail, the recipients were entered in the “To” field, which allowed each recipient to see all other addresses.
